Cajon Broiled Walleyes |
| Walleye Filets (med or cut into small pieces) |
| Cajon seasoning |
| Pam spray or grease/butter |
| SaltPepperButter (Optional) |
Using medium walleye filet, (cut larger into smaller size) sprinkle liberally with Cajon seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place filets on greased aluminum foil. Broil 10-15 minutes with filets 10-12 inches from heating element. Broil until golden brown or until fish flakes easily. Be careful not to over cook. Option: place dabs of butter on fish filets after cooking begins. Cooking time will vary with thickness. |
